  Payroll Manager

Customized time cards are created specifically for your service to match your system's requirements. Time card data can also be electronically imported into your county's payroll sofware, saving you hours of work. Time cards are generated automatically from the shift data, requiring no mandatory approval processes. Staff can print their individual time cards or all time cards can be processed as a group. Vacation, Sick, Holiday, and Comp/Time For Time is automatically added per the user's profile, and deducted with time off requests.

  Multi-Level Administrators

Users have individual profiles that control what functions they can change. Administrators can edit groups of shifts, all shifts, or Super User levels.

  Automatic Data Backup

Scheduling data can not risk being lost or damaged! Your scheduler has an automatic database maintainance and backup module. You can create backups as often as you like but the Scheduler will create a backup each month automatically.

  Vehicle Status Manager

Another power packed module is the Vehicle Status Manager. Every truck is loaded into the scheduler and can be assigned to a unit. If a truck goes Out Of Service or Reserve, all infomation is stored along with the time/date & reason. Oil, Fuel, Mileage and more is entered by staff to track Preventative Maintainance and notify you of upcoming maintainance.
