iOps360 And Active911 Integration

iOps360 Integrates with Active911 to pull real time dispatch information and call responses. By linking your schedule, operations, and CAD information from Active 911, you are able to see call volume analysis, schedule planning, and staff activity from one simple to use platform. Also, the status board can display your real time responses to alerts and call history.

Active911 Configuration

Integrating both platforms requires two simple steps. First, we will have Active911 send a real time notification to iOps360 when a new alert is received. Second, we will establish an API link with Active911 to follow each call as users and apparatus respond to the call. Both steps are required for correct operation.

Active911 Dispatch Alert (Step 1)

  1. Log into Active 911 using an Administrator account.
  2. Click on the “Agency” tab.
  3. At the bottom, click “Integrations” -> “Add New“.
  4. Select “Other” as the Service.
  5. Enter the name “iOps360“.
  6. Copy & Paste “” with out the quotes.

Active911 Alert Following (Step 2)

  1. Log into Active 911 using an Administrator account.
  2. In the same browser window, go to this link “
  3. Un-check the “Write” access. All Read access should be checked.
  4. Click Submit.
  5. Select your agency from the drop down list and click Submit.
  6. Email both tokens to “

Once we receive your first Active911 alert and received your tokens, we will import your users from Active911 and call data will be available on the Status Boards and Active911 Modules.


  1. First, verify the steps #1 and #2 above.
  2. Ensure you copied the “Refresh” token and not the “Access” token.
  3. If no call data is displayed after an alert is sent by Active911, contact any member of the iOps360 team to review the configuration & tokens.
